Q: Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?

A: This one's easy...no. But no worries, you can simply place another order if you would like to make another purchase. If you need to remove or cancel an order please email us at info@goodbully.com as soon as possible.


Q: Can I cancel my order after it's been submitted?

A: We can cancel your order only before it has shipped. However, once your order has been shipped we can no longer cancel it. All orders ship within 24 hours and you will be notified via email once your package has been shipped.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the United States and Canada, but we are working to establish affiliates outside of North America to facilitate international orders.


Q: An item I'd like to purchase is labelled Sold Out/ Out of stock, will you be making more?

A: In most cases we will restock many of our popular items within 2-4 weeks. However we do produce many Limited Edition pieces that will not be restocked ever and they are usually labelled accordingly.


Q: What's in the dog's mouth?

A: It's a hand grenade.
